This is a hands-on role where you’ll be working closely with our production team to ensure our concrete mixes are spot-on and our finishes are top-notch. You’ll be the backup to our current Batch Plant Operator, stepping in when needed to keep things running smoothly. But your main gig will be as a Concrete Finisher, helping shape and perfect the final look of our architectural precast elements.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Assist in operating the batch plant to mix concrete according to precise specifications
• Step in as the lead Batch Plant Operator when needed (training provided!)
• Pour, level, and finish concrete for precast products with attention to detail
• Maintain tools, equipment, and workspaces in a clean and safe condition
• Work collaboratively with the production team to meet daily targets
• Follow safety protocols and company procedure

What You Bring:

• Experience in concrete finishing (precast experience is a bonus!)
• Willingness to learn batch plant operations
• Reliable, punctual, and a team player
• Physically fit and comfortable working in a production environment
• Positive attitude and a good sense of humour—we like to keep things friendly around here
