We are looking for a team member to fill the position of Concrete Finisher. Reporting to the Plant Manager/General Manager, you will be responsible for finishing and detailing concrete surfaces to meet design and quality standards.

What You’ll Do:

• Smooth and finish surfaces of precast concrete using hand tools and power tools.
• Apply curing compounds and surface treatments as required.
• Patch and repair surface imperfections to meet aesthetic and structural standards.
• Interpret blueprints, drawings, and specifications to ensure accurate finishing.
• Collaborate with form setters, laborers, and quality control personnel.
• Maintain tools and equipment in good working condition.
• Follow all safety procedures and wear appropriate PPE.

What You Have:

• Minimum 2 years of experience as a concrete finisher, preferably in a precast or industrial environment.
• Proficient in using finishing tools such as trowels, floats, edgers, and grinders.
• Strong understanding of concrete curing, patching, and surface treatment techniques.
• Ability to work from technical drawings and specifications.
• Physically capable of lifting up to 50 lbs and working in various weather conditions.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality workmanship.
