Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator

We’re looking for a Digital Marketing & Communications Coordinator to join our team for about 12 months while one of our team members is on parental leave! This position will approximately start on March 2, 2026. If you’re organized, creative, and love blending strategy with design, this role might be perfect for you! You’ll help us keep our online presence strong and consistent across websites, social media, and digital campaigns.
What You’ll Do:
- Keep our websites fresh and optimized (including SEO improvements)
- Design and test landing pages for new campaigns
- Work with developers, content creators, and business units to keep everything on-brand
- Plan and manage paid ads (Google, Meta, LinkedIn)
- Use data to target the right audiences and adjust campaigns for the best ROI
- Create and schedule social media content across all platforms
- Research hashtags and keywords to boost engagement
- Respond to comments and messages on social channels
- Help maintain consistent branding across all marketing materials
- Support rebranding efforts for new acquisitions
- Track and report on website and campaign performance
- Attend events and job sites to capture photos and content
What We’re Looking For:
- 2+ years in digital marketing or a similar role
- Experience with SEO, SEM, Google Ads, and social media advertising
- Familiarity with Google Analytics, Search Console, Tag Manager, and Meta Business Suite
- Comfortable with WordPress or Wix
- Strong analytical skills—you can turn data into actionable insights
- Bonus points if you know Canva or Adobe Suite
- Excellent communication and organizational skills
- Ability to juggle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment
- Willing to attend occasional evening or weekend events
- Diploma or degree in Marketing, Digital Media, or Business is an asset
- A self-starter who loves working with a team

Pay: $28.00-$31.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30-40 per week
