We’re looking for a Junior Project Manager who’s excited to learn, grow, and support our field operations and project management team. You’ll work closely with our Senior Project Manager and General Manager while gaining real hands‑on experience in concrete repair, strengthening, waterproofing, and more.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Helping track project schedules, deadlines, and progress
• Reviewing leads and bid boards and assisting with estimates
• Participating in site visits, pre‑con meetings, and project meetings
• Preparing proposals and supporting the team with documentation and cost controls
• Managing RFIs, submittals, change orders, inventory, and material tracking
• Coordinating with subcontractors, inspectors, rentals, and internal teams
• Assisting with crew scheduling, daily reports, and timecard reviews
• Supporting safety practices and maintaining our professional, positive company image
• Continuing to grow through ongoing industry training and learning opportunities
• Assist in estimating and project proposals
• Occasional site visits and meeting with clients on potential projects
• Interface and assist with other Contech offices may be required
• Become familiar with Union rules and regulations, as applicable to your role

What We’re Looking For:

• Have 1–2 years of entry‑level construction project management experience
• Studied Construction Management or Engineering (a plus, not a must!)
• Are comfortable reading drawings, specs, and contract documents
• Have experience or interest in concrete repair, strengthening, or waterproofing
• Are familiar with tools like MS Office, MS Project, Bluebeam Revu, or AutoCAD
• Communicate well, stay organized, and handle multiple tasks with ease

What Work Looks Like:

• Based at our Vancouver, WA office, with local travel to project sites
• Occasional work outside standard hours depending on project needs
• Office-based tasks with some extended computer time
• PPE required for site visits
• On‑call availability for emergencies, as needed

Salary: $65,000.00 – $75,000.00 per year
