We are looking for new team members to fill the positions of Labourers across multiple divisions within BM Group International.

Positions include:

• Demolition Labourers
• Concrete Labourers
• Roofing Labourers
• Concrete Cutting & Sawing Labourers

General Responsibilities for all BMG Labourers:

• Provide daily support as directed by the on-site Supervisor
• Operate as a productive member of a high functioning team to drive results
• Maintain positive attitude to ensure positive work environment
• Understand and promote our Safety Program & Culture
• Clean and maintain site to eliminate possible hazards and keep worksite clean and orderly
• Use necessary hand/powered tools specific to your area of work
• Load/unload various construction materials and equipment as needed
• Follow all company procedures/practices as directed by our Supervisor
• Dig, shovel, sweep, lift, carry, wheelbarrow, and other tasks as required

To qualify for a Labourer role, you must have:

• Knowledge of Safety and experience in the construction industry
• Experience in one of the areas of work noted above, as strong asset (demolition, concrete, roofing, structural restoration)
• Experience with basic power and construction tools
• Fit to work – ability to see, hear, walk, stand, and lift 50lbs for full shift
• Ability to communicate clearly in English; verbal and written
• Ability to work at heights
• Good work ethic, and a willingness to learn
• Able to work outdoors, exposed to all weather conditions
• Mobile equipment & machinery certifications, an asset
• Self- motivated with the ability to get to work on time everyday
• Problem solving & time management skills, an asset
• Valid Driver’s License, an asset.  Some work locations may not be accessible by transit

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent        Wages: $21.00 to $30.00 per hour dependent on specific company
