Whether we’re making walls, steps, planters, benches, tables or signage for parks and buildings. We’re the leading architectural precast company in Western Canada.

We are looking for a driven and detail-oriented Sales and Estimator to join our team and help grow our client base while ensuring accurate and competitive project estimates.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong relationships with contractors, developers, and engineers.
• Analyze construction drawings and specifications to prepare accurate cost estimates.
• Collaborate with production and engineering teams to ensure feasibility and accuracy.
• Prepare and submit bids, proposals, and quotations.
• Track bid status and follow up with clients to close sales.
• Stay informed on market trends, pricing, and competitor activity.
• Support project planning and scheduling when needed.

What You Bring:

• 2+ years of experience in sales and/or estimating in the precast concrete or construction industry.
• Strong understanding of precast concrete products and manufacturing processes.
• Ability to read and interpret construction drawings and technical documents.
• Excellent communication, negotiation, and organizational skills.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office; experience with estimating software is a plus.
• Valid driver’s license and ability to travel to job sites and client meetings.

Nice to Have:

• Diploma or degree in Construction Management, Civil Engineering, or a related field.
• Experience with CAD or project management tools.
