About the Role

We’re on the lookout for a Roofer who enjoys working outdoors, values quality craftsmanship, and wants to be part of a supportive, experienced crew. If that sounds like you, we’d love to hear from you!

What You’ll Be Doing

• Working with the crew on re-roofing and new builds
• Installing or replacing commercial roofing systems (metal, torch-on, liquid membranes)
• Helping train and support newer team members
• Keeping job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Following safety protocols and wearing proper PPE
• Working with our Safety Manager to stay WorkSafeBC compliant

What We’re Looking For

• 2+ years of roofing experience (commercial is a bonus!)
• Comfortable working at heights and in all kinds of weather
• Experience with torch-on roofing is a big plus
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• A team player with a strong work ethic and good communication
• Fall Protection Certificate (required)
• Red Seal certification is a bonus

• Location: Coquitlam, BC
• Type: Full-time
• Pay: $30.00–$38.00/hour (based on experience)
• Schedule: 8-hour shifts
• Education: Skilled Trade Certificate preferred
