What You’ll Be Doing:

• Leading and supporting a crew on restoration and waterproofing projects
• Reading and understanding drawings and specifications
• Coordinating with project managers and trades to keep things running smoothly
• Keeping safety, quality, and timelines front and center
• Getting hands-on with formwork, concrete repairs, coatings, and sealants
• Mentoring and training crew members—your leadership makes a difference!

What We’re Looking For:

• 5+ years of experience in concrete construction or restoration
• Leadership experience as a Foreman or Lead Hand
• Solid knowledge of waterproofing systems and repair techniques
• Ability to read blueprints and work independently
• Safety-first attitude (OFA Level 1 or higher is a bonus!)
• A team player who’s ready to roll up their sleeves
