We’re on the lookout for skilled and motivated Sheet Metal Installers to join our crew. If you enjoy working with your hands, being outdoors, and building something that lasts, this could be a great fit for you.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Installing and securing sheet metal roofing systems, flashings, gutters, and downspouts.
• Reading blueprints and technical drawings to guide your work.
• Measuring, cutting, and shaping metal to fit project specs.
• Using hand and power tools like shears, brakes, and drills.
• Making sure everything meets safety standards and building codes.
• Working closely with your team to keep projects on track.
• Keeping your work area tidy and organized.
• Performing maintenance and repairs on existing metal roofs.

What We’re Looking For:

• At least 2 years of experience in sheet metal installation (especially roofing).
• Familiarity with different metal types like aluminum, galvanized steel, and copper.
• Ability to read construction drawings and follow specifications.
• Comfortable working at heights and in different weather conditions.
• A keen eye for detail and pride in doing quality work.
• A valid driver’s license and reliable transportation.
• Safety certifications like Fall Protection are a plus.

Rate: $32 to $40 an hour
