What You’ll Be Doing

You’ll be hands-on at job sites, helping with tasks like:

• Keeping things clean and safe
• Using tools like saws, drills, and sledgehammers
• Loading and unloading gear and materials
• Taking down structures and sorting materials for recycling
• Helping with setup tasks like scaffolding and hoarding
• Doing physical work like digging, lifting, sweeping, and carrying

What We’re Looking For

We’re after folks who:

• Have at least 2 years of experience in demolition or construction
• Know their way around hand and power tools
• Are physically fit (able to lift 50 lbs and stay on their feet)
• Take safety seriously and pay attention to detail
• Don’t mind working outside in all kinds of weather
• Can communicate well in English (spoken and written)
• Work well with others and show up ready to go
• Are okay with working at heights

Bonus points if you’ve got equipment certifications or a valid driver’s license!
