At Yard At A Time Concrete (YAAT), we’re all about delivering great concrete and even better service. As a Ready-Mix Driver, you’ll be the friendly face our customers see when their concrete arrives — whether it’s a big construction site or someone’s backyard project. You’ll be driving one of our mixer trucks, making sure everything runs smoothly, safely, and on time.

What You’ll Be Doing:

• Driving our mixer truck safely and responsibly
• Keeping your truck clean and in good shape
• Doing daily vehicle checks before and after your shift
• Making sure the concrete mix is just right for each job
• Staying in touch with dispatch to keep things running smoothly
• Being friendly and helpful with customers on-site
• Pitching in around the yard when you’re not on the road
• Helping train new drivers when needed
• Staying flexible — some weekend or evening shifts may pop up

What You Bring:

• A valid Class 1 or 3 license with air brake endorsement
• A clean driving record
• Basic truck maintenance know-how
• Good knowledge of the local area
• Some concrete experience is a big plus
• A team-player attitude and solid work ethic
• Physical fitness to handle the demands of the job

Working Conditions:

• Full Time On Call
• You’ll be working outdoors in all kinds of weather
• Mostly daytime shifts, but overtime and weekends may be needed

($25/hour during training, with opportunities to earn up to $42.50/hour as you gain experience)
