What You’ll Be Doing:

As a Level 3 Red Seal Roofer, you’ll be one of our go-to pros on the job site. You’ll lead by example, work closely with our foreman and apprentices, and help us deliver top-notch roofing solutions that stand up to BC’s wild weather.

• Install, repair, and maintain various commercial roofing systems (torch-on, metal, flat, liquid membranes, etc.)
• Working with the crew on re-roofing and new builds
• Read blueprints and specs, and make sure everything lines up just right
• Mentor junior roofers and share your know-how
• Keep job sites clean, safe, and organized
• Working with our Safety Manager to stay WorkSafeBC compliant

What We’re Looking For:

We’re after someone who’s skilled, reliable, and easy to work with. You take pride in your work and know how to hustle without cutting corners.

• Red Seal Certification in Roofing – Commercial
• Level 3 experience (5+ years preferred)
• Comfortable working at heights and in all kinds of weather
• Valid driver’s license and reliable transportation
• Fall Protection Certificate (required)
• Able to read and understand construction drawings
• A leader and a team player with a strong work ethic and good communication
